"My yoga classes are a mix of flowing slow in a mindful way, biomechanics to practice safely and a dash of humour all in an easy-going non-pretentious style. I aim to hold space in a responsive manner and adjust classes according to the participants level and daily form.
With training as a virya yoga teacher (a type of hatha yoga) 200 hours, yin yoga and SUP-yoga and with years of experience under my belt, I want to share all the benefits of yoga. Especially with those who think that yoga isn´t for them. Yoga is indeed for everybody and every body. My classes are in English or Swedish, depending on the group.
Apart from group sessions and privates, I offer company yoga and meditation in work places in the Stockholm area.
